NFA Aluminium Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy
Purpose and Scope This policy aims to determine the procedures and principles regarding the protection of personal data processed by NFA Aluminium (“Company”) and the lawful processing, recording, storage, updating, transfer to third parties, and destruction of such data. This policy has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and related legislation.
Conditions for Processing Personal Data The Company may process personal data with the explicit consent of the data subjects or under the conditions stated in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.
Collection, Processing, and Purposes of Processing Personal Data The Company collects personal data from relevant persons such as customers, potential customers, employees, and job applicants within the scope required by its operations. This data is processed for purposes such as providing our services, promoting our products, carrying out marketing activities, and executing human resources processes.
Transfer of Personal Data Personal data may be transferred to third parties located domestically or abroad, provided that sufficient security measures are taken and the conditions stipulated by the KVKK and related legislation are met, in connection with the purposes of processing.
Rights of the Data Subject Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, personal data subjects have the right to:

Request information if their personal data has been processed,
Learn the purpose of data processing and whether the data is being used in accordance with its purpose,
Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed,
Request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, even if it has been processed in accordance with the law and other relevant legislation,
Request notification of these corrections or deletions to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
Object to the emergence of a result against them through the exclusive analysis of processed data by automated systems,
Request compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
Security and Confidentiality The Company takes necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of personal data.
Entry into Force and Updates of the Policy This policy enters into force as of its publication date. The Company may update the policy when deemed necessary.
